What is a pole tent?

 

A pole tent is a tension based tent anchored in the ground by staking. They require a larger area by at least 4 feet on each side for the stake to be applied (i.e. a 20x20 pole tent requires a 28x28 area on the grass or soft area). They are ideal for yard installation.

 

What size canopy tent do I need?

 

We suggest a 20x20 canopy tent for 32 to 40 people, a 20x30 canopy tent for 40 to 60 people, and a 20x40 canopy tent for 60 to 80 people.

 

Does someone need to be home when you deliver?

 

Yes, someone at least 18 years of age must be home to sign for and take responsibility of the party rental equipment ordered.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Cancellations must be done 1 week prior to your event to receive your deposit back.

 

What if I have a sprinkler system or a septic tank?

 

You need to let us know if you have anything under the ground so that we don't stake into it. We are not responsible for any damage to any underground pipes, wires, or systems. Please make the crew aware of any system upon installation. All underground systems must be properly marked as to avoid staking into them.

 

How should I prepare for delivery?

 

Please make sure to have your lawn mowed prior to our scheduled delivery. In addition, remove any furniture or decorations from the lawn that might be in the way of the set up site. Make sure that access to the set up site is clear so our delivery driver can get as close as possible.
